We want you to love your purchase from The Arganist. As a small-batch skincare brand, we take great care in every bottle we make. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Can I return my item?
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items, returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will have 14 more days to return the product to us.

We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days

We do not refund original shipping costs (if applicable), unless the item was faulty
Returns we cannot accept
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Items not in their original packaging

Products returned without prior notice or approval

Items received more than 28 days after delivery
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will either offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
