Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Arganist. As a small-batch skincare brand, we take real care in every bottle we make — and we stand behind it. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We're confident in our Essential Face Oil, so every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you've tried the oil and your skin simply doesn't love it, email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund of the product price. You don't need to return the bottle — it's yours to keep.

To claim, just email info@arganist.co.uk with your name and order number, and a quick note on how you got on (your feedback genuinely helps us improve). We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of approving it.

This guarantee is offered once per customer and covers your first order of each product.

Returns of unused items

If you've changed your mind and your item is still unused and unopened, you can return it in its original condition and packaging instead.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, you'll have a further 14 days to send it back. Email info@arganist.co.uk with your full name, order number, reason for return, and confirmation that the product is unopened and unused. We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions.

Return shipping

You're responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless it's faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process refunds for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@arganist.co.uk with a photo of the item and packaging, your order number, and a description of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement, including any shipping costs, depending on what suits you best.

How refunds are issued

Once approved, refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days, and you'll get a confirmation email. For change-of-mind returns we refund the product price; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Your statutory rights

These terms are offered in addition to your legal rights as a UK consumer and do not affect them.
