At The Arganist, we hand-blend each batch of our Essential Face Oil with care — and we treat shipping the same way. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

If you're outside the UK and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at info@arganist.co.uk — we may be able to arrange a custom order.

UK Shipping Options

Standard Delivery (Free)

Cost: £0.00 (included with every order)
Dispatch time: Within 2–3 working days of purchase
Delivery time: Typically arrives 3–5 working days after dispatch
Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent trusted courier

Processing Time

As a small-batch brand, all orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You’ll receive:

An order confirmation email once your purchase is complete
A shipping confirmation when your parcel is on the way

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible — and will always contact you if we expect any delay.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. We do not include printed invoices to minimise waste — your digital receipt will be sent by email.

Missed or Undeliverable Orders

Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. The Arganist is not responsible for parcels that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
